Through the License Agreement, we have secured the formula of raw materials we plan to use for production of our bio-oil through corporate laboratory tests in the research and development (ā€œR&Dā€) program conducted with Lux Bio. Bio-oil is a component of biodiesel. Our plan is to manufacture crude bio-oil in fermenters and provide bio-oil as “feedstock”, to biodiesel companies.

Cosmetics and Pharmaceutical

Our plan is to manufacture crude bio-oil in fermenters and provide bio-oil as “feedstock”, to biodiesel companies and other users of bio-oil.That same technology can be used to ferment the carbon molecule linked to specific plants to create a new generation of oils that stem from the reaction of the yeast or enzymes with the stock carbon molecules from the particular plant species. ABOT plans, assuming available funding, are to acquire presses to extract oils from plants and seeds to obtain oil that will be destined for the table, the mechanical industry and health medical field.

Bio-oil uses are numerous; to name just a few:

  1. The use of bio-oils or essential oils on skin stretch marks have been used since
    the days of the Pharaohs.
  2. After a sun burn, use bio-oil to prevent peeling and soothe burns skin.
  3. If you suffer with dry skin, cracked elbow or heels apply bio-oil to soften the skin.
  4. You can use bio-oil for massage, hair serum, or as your night-cream and others
like to add it to their bath water, shampoo or lotion.

CBD (cannabinoids) oils from different plant species will hit various medical indications ā€“ Alzheimer, Cancer, Asthma, Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, and many more medical indications.

Essential oils are typically used in skincare and for therapeutic purposes, while “Absolutes” and “Concretes” are for natural perfumery.

Steam distillation is the most well-known technique for extracting essential oil from plants. There are several other methods that are used to remove and concentrate the aromatic constituents from plant materials, like steam distillation, dry or vacuum distillation and cold pressed.
